Here are some tips finding famous Club Penguin characters. Some tips might help you, some don’t. Heres an example picture of a famous penguin:

As many of you know, when you meet a famous penguin on ClubPenguin like Rockhopper or DJ Cadence, there are always free backgrounds given out with the famous penguin’s autograph with it by clicking the box-button on the Famous Penguins’s player card. Also, when you find a famous penguin, notice that their picture is slightly different than a normal ClubPenguin Player. Heres a picture of Aunt Arctic and a picture of a normal penguin:

Now for the tips:
Tip #1: When finding a famous penguin, I suggest going on servers that have 4 or 5 blocks, or even FULL servers! They might be winners. Also try Safe-Chat Servers, some famous penguins might even go to Safe-Chat Servers! Most famous penguins go to crowded and popular servers, but they might go to different servers besides those servers like Mammoth or Blizzard. They might even go to a server like Beanie!

Tip #2: If a buddy is on a server that is probably an unpopular server(NOT LIKE MAMMOTH OR FROZEN) that has 4 or 5 blocks, go try to go on that server and check. You never know if theres a famous penguin in that server.
Tip #3: If an unpopular server is f(ex: Flippers) full, that’s probably a sign that a famous penguin is in there.
Tip #4: If you want to go in a full room that might have a famous penguin in there without lagging or slowing down, press the plus and equal button on your keyboard. It changes the quality of Club Penguin, but you can get in faster. Another way is using a trainer like Penguin Storm and use the empty server hack. I wouldn’t do that way if I were you, but if you want to try it’s your choice. Oh more ways:
3. Use the spyphone and teleport to a full room.
4. Use the HQ and click the place you want to go that is full.
Tip #5: If you want to make sure theres a famous penguin in a room, go to your friend list and click the Users in Room Tab. If you see a Big Smiley Face, there must be a famous penguin in the room! Example Picture:
Tip #6: When you want to find a famous penguin in a server, check places for a 1 BIG CROWD. Like for example, mostly all penguins are in the middle a room talking a lot so fast and less more penguins are scattered. That’s probably a sign that a famous penguin is in a room. Heres a picture:

Tip #7: If you notice penguins going back and forth trying to enter a room and penguins are saying for example, ROCKHOPPER IS IN THERE FOR REAL!!!!!, that’s probably a sign that a famous penguin is in there. But sometimes it’s not true.
Tip #8: Get a group of friends and ask them if they want to go on a Famous Penguin Hunt by going on a chat or instant messenger. It’s one of the best ways to find a famous penguin.
Tip #9: Use a tracker from a Club Penguin website. Why? Because it’s one of the easiest things to use in order find a Famous Penguin. (Note: some trackers may not work.)
Tip #10: Go to all servers in order. This probably may not work well, but going to all servers in order may be a little chance of finding a famous penguin.
Tip #11: NEVER GIVE UP. You might find a famous penguin at an unexpected time. NEVER GIVE UP.

1. All famous Club Penguin characters can be runned as a robot or from a Club Penguin Staff member.
2. Usually a famous Club Penguin character stays logged on to Club Penguin for about 15-20 minutes.

Rockhopper:
Rockhopper is a red pirate penguin in Club Penguin having black eye brows, a black bear, a black pirate hat, and a red puffle named Yarr. Rockhopper can only be found when the Migrator is docked at the Beach in Club Penguin.

Gary the Gadget Guy: Gary is a blue penguin scientist who owns the Sports Shop, wearing a twisted spectacles and a lab coat. He can only be found possibly during the following parties/events: Halloween, Penguin Play Awards, Festival of Flight.

- Only Appears in Stage, Backstage in Penguin Play Awards
- Only appears in Underground Pool in Festival of Flight
- No Favorite Server
Penguin Band – The official band of Club Penguin.
- Members: G Billy (Blue penguin playing drum and flute), Petey K (Green penguin playing the accordion and the piano), Stompin’ Bob (Red penguin playing the bass), Franky (yellow penguin playing the acoustic guitar).
- Only appears in Music Jam (BackStage), Penguin Play Awards (Stage,BackStage)

Aunt Arctic – A green penguin who is the news reporter and editor in-chief for Club Penguin Times.

DJ Cadence – A pink penguin who is a local DJ and dancer for the Night Club.
- Only appears in Dance-a-thon party – Night Club, Dance Lounge, Night Club Roof – Penguin Play Awards – BackStage, Stage
